USGBC, Measurabl Integrate Software Platforms to Automatically Report LEED Status

San Diego, CA / ACCESSWIRE / July 2, 2016 / Measurabl, the world’s fastest growing startup for sustainability software, has completed its first of a kind web integration with the U.S. Green Building Council. The integration enabled over 10 thousand commercial buildings on Measurabl to automatically detect and monitor their LEED certification status, as well as automatically report LEED status to sustainability standards like the Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark (GRESB) and CDP (formerly the Carbon Disclosure Project).

“LEED certification is one of the most prestigious hallmarks of a sustainable building, but tracking and reporting certification status across large real estate portfolios is tedious and prone to manual error,” explains Matt Ellis, Measurabl’s Founder and CEO. “By Partnering with USGBC we’ve taken another step toward making collecting, reporting, and acting upon sustainability data easier.”

736 buildings representing 231 million square feet of commercial property – over 7% of all U.S. LEED projects by floor area – synced 1,216 LEED certifications during the integration’s initial rollout.

There is 2.3 billion square feet of commercial property on Measurabl overall, nearly 3 percent of all U.S. commercial building floor space.
