We secured major deals across Europe, including our largest one yet, highlighting the scalability of our platform to add value to customers on a global scale.

Adoption of our new ESGx products grew by 64% year-over-year, reflecting the growing demand for trusted data solutions to drive sustainability and performance.

More customers, more data, more impact.

We launched our next-generation platform—the most significant release in our company’s history—with innovative offerings to guide you on your sustainability journey. These innovations drove an 180% year-over-year increase in press coverage, elevating the conversation, validating the impact of our platform and providing you with more access to industry-leading insights. Our insights were featured in top-tier coverage, thought leadership op-eds, and podcast interviews.

We were also fortunate to connect with customers and peers by participating at global events like MIPIM, ExpoREAL, CREtech, and Blueprint. Our joint success resulted in 10 industry awards and recognitions, including being named ENERGY STAR® Partner of the Year for the sixth consecutive year.

This growth highlights our collective momentum and reinforces our position as the catalyst for sustainable real estate, offering an unrivaled data platform and flexible solutions to drive the transformation to a sustainable and profitable built environment, together. Today, our platform tracks 273 million MTCO2e in meter-level data from 110,000 properties spanning 18 billion square feet, representing 1,000+ customers with $3 trillion in AUM worldwide.

Here are just some of the highlights from 2024.

New Global Partnerships and Industry Reach

Last year, we strengthened and expanded our industry partnerships, driving wider access to investment-grade sustainability data. We integrated asset-level data into the  LSEG/FTSE Russell Green REIT Index and the FTSE EPRA Nareit Green Target Index Series, enabling $9 billion in investor capital to track sustainability metrics with precision. Our collaboration with Bosch subsidiary Susteco has created a centralized platform that democratizes sustainability data by integrating tools and simplifying access to building performance insights throughout Susteco’s smart building ecosystem. Our partnership with Preqin provides carbon emission estimates, energy usage estimates, and green building certificates for almost 100,000 privately held properties listed on Preqin’s platform.

New Next-Gen Platform Launch

We launched Navigate, our most significant product release in company history. Our next-generation platform is designed to help real estate owners, operators, and investors quantify the value of sustainability, simplifying complex, fragmented systems and data and boosting ROI/NOI. Key modular features include automated data management (Data Manager), customizable reporting and analytics (Insights), effortless compliance with global frameworks (Disclosure), and optimized decarbonization planning (Decarb).
