Sustainability solved with software.
We make cloud-based software that collects data, creates investment-grade sustainability reports, and alerts you to improvement opportunities.
Sustainability management begins with gathering data. Utility Sync saves you hours of data wrangling by automatically importing data for every building in your real estate portfolio into your Energy Star account. You'll eliminate manual entry errors and our software spots outliers before they can creep into your reports. Measurabl even automatically corrects your utility information before it gets to Energy Star.
File CDP, GRESB, or GRI all through Measurabl. Collaborate with your colleagues, property managers, and service providers seamlessly. Publish beautiful reports to your website and update them year-round.
With the right information, its easier to make changes so your business runs more efficiently. Get detailed, custom recommendations for improvement every month. We help you put best practices to work so you can achieve greatness.
Matt Ellis started Measurabl to empower companies to disclose and act upon their sustainability performance.
As the director of Sustainability Solutions for CBRE, the world's largest commercial real estate company, Matt noticed companies large and small were struggling to collect data and prepare accurate sustainability reports. Even worse, all the time invested in reporting left few resources to actually improve performance. He founded Measurabl to solve this problem and make it possible for companies of any size to gather, disclose, and act upon sustainability information.
Transparency is everything, but sustainability data remains hard to get. I started Measurabl to make it easy for companies to collect, report, and act upon non-financial information.”
Measurabl has greatly improved our sustainability efforts, particularly in operations and reporting.”
Measurabl’s “TurboTax” style approach to sustainability reporting is easy and accurate. We would know!”
Measurabl has dramatically cut down our time investment and significantly lowered our cost of reporting.”
